Kanye West announces 2016 “Saint Pablo Tour”

After days of subtle hints, Kanye West finally released the dates of his 29-city tour yesterday, inevitably showcasing his newest album The Life of Pablo. With this being his first American tour since 2014’s Yeezus, anticipation is at an all-time high, the internet already buzzing with speculations of what gimmicks and surprises the show will entail. The tour will start Aug. 25 in Indianapolis and continue across the county to Las Vegas, where he will close out the tour on Oct. 29.

Tidal users were able to purchase tickets as early as yesterday, forcing the rest of us to wait patiently and silently contemplate the decision to just bite the bullet and sign up for Tidal.

It was confirmed early this morning that additional show dates were added to match the high demand of pre-sale tickets already being bought.

The tour's name gives nods to both his newborn son, Saint West, and his latest album The Life of Pablo.

To top off all of the hype, Kanye also released a new version of the track “Saint Pablo”, originally released in March, a tribute to his newly born son. Featuring notes from Sampha and a darker, slower piano base, TLOP is updated once again.

Check out the new version of “Saint Pablo” on Tidal or Apple Music, along with a list of the full tour dates.

Pre-sale tickets are on sale now for all Tidal subscribers.

Tickets go on sale for non-Tidal subscribers on Sat., June 18.
